Enjoying the Flavors of Vietnamese Tết

One of the highlights of the event was the food area, featuring a variety of traditional dishes commonly enjoyed during Tết.

Participants had the opportunity to taste and learn about the meanings behind familiar Vietnamese dishes such as:

• Bánh chưng
• Bánh tét
• Giò lụa
• Giò thủ
• Fried spring rolls
• Grilled chicken
• Watermelon
• Pickled vegetables
• And many other delicious dishes.

Each dish was accompanied by a Vietnamese name card, allowing participants to enjoy traditional flavors while becoming familiar with Vietnamese vocabulary and the names of traditional Tết dishes.

Traditional Games and Social Activities

The atmosphere became even more lively as participants joined traditional games associated with Vietnamese Tết. From Bầu Cua - a familiar folk game during the Lunar New Year - to exciting rounds of Lô Tô with its lively and entertaining calls, every activity brought laughter and memorable moments.

Participants were also divided into groups to take on challenges, interact with one another, and cheer each other on. Through each game, everyone had the opportunity not only to learn more about Vietnamese Tết traditions but also to improve their communication skills and connect with friends from different countries.

In addition, the venue was decorated with the vibrant red colors of Tết and lucky red envelopes, creating a warm and festive atmosphere.

It was also a wonderful opportunity for everyone to capture beautiful photos and unforgettable memories together.

Connecting Through Culture

What made the event truly special was not only the food and games but also the connections created among participants from different countries.

Everyone explored Vietnamese culture together, shared stories, made new friends, and celebrated Tết in a friendly and welcoming environment.
